Free Freight Policy Change:
Our current free freight policy (2/10/14) is as follows: Any order including $400 or more in chemicals ships free freight. Unlike most suppliers, all chemicals and accessories from CleanSource will ship free freight on qualifying orders. Items excluded include all motorized equipment. Net 30 accounts must be in good standing to be eligible for free freight considerations. CleanSource will cover the standard shipping and/or freight truck rates charged by FedEx. Charges not covered include additional rural and residential fees, fuel surcharges, hazmat fees, etc. We can estimate any extra fees incurred that are not covered once the order is processed. Freight on qualifying online orders are credited back on credit card once processed and shipped.
Damaged Items
All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier: FedEx driver, truck driver, etc. Don’t forget that the damage must be noted on the freight bill including the copy the driver takes with him. You should then call us to notify our store to coordinate damage claim and replacement orders. Please keep the original carton, as this is often necessary in order to settle claims.
Return Policy
Please call a Customer Service Representative for instructions at 1-800-457-0102. All items returned for restocking will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer must pay shipping on all returned items. Some electronic parts may not be eligible for return, call to verify.
